ll of us at San Marcos know very well the frustrations of moving to an unfamiliar city or country.  We have all gone through the steps of picking up and moving the family to Santiago, and through that have also learned the ins and outs, the whos and wheres, the whats, whys and hows of getting established in this beautiful city.

Questions of where to live, where to shop, how to get around, local culture and customs, identification cards, driver's licenses and the like can often be overwhelming to the newcomer.  Knowing that, and having experienced it all ourselves, we offer this page in hopes that it might be of help to you should you or someone you know be moving to Chile.
